How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for event rentals and 1-2 weeks for construction rentals. During peak season (May-September), earlier booking is advised to ensure availability.

What is your delivery area?

We serve all five boroughs of New York City, as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island. For locations outside this area, please contact us for special arrangements.

How often are units serviced?

Construction rentals are serviced weekly as standard. Event rentals include a pre-event cleaning and setup. For multi-day events, additional servicing can be added as an extra service.

Do you provide attendants for luxury units?

Yes, attendant service is available for our luxury event restroom trailers. This service includes continuous cleaning, restocking of supplies, and assistance to guests throughout your event.

What if my needs change after booking?

We understand that requirements can change. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to adjust your order. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

Are permits required for placing rental units?

Permit requirements vary by location. In most NYC boroughs, permits are required for street placement but not for private property. Our team can guide you through the permit process or handle it completely for an additional fee.

What power or water connections are needed?

Standard units require no power or water connections. Deluxe and luxury units with sinks and lighting will require either a standard 110V power outlet within 100 feet or we can provide a generator for an additional fee.

How do you handle weather-related issues?

Our units are built to withstand typical New York weather conditions. In case of severe weather forecasts (hurricanes, blizzards), we'll work with you on contingency plans and may recommend rescheduling or relocation if necessary.
